Hire Purchase and Difference between Leasing and Hire Purchase

 Hire purchase example is car  

 The owner on the asset  in this type of investment we have to pay in instalment at the last instalment the ownership is transfered to hirer. 

It is an agreement in which the owner of the asset lets them on hire for regular instalments paid by the hirer. The hirer has the option to purchase ad own the asset once all the agreed payments have been made .

Immediate possession 

Depreciation can be claimed by the hirer .

In leasing the the depreciation is not claimed by lessee
