SWOT Analysis 

SWOT is a study to identify the linkages between internal capabilities and external forces creating pressures on business performance .

SWOT analysis is not just identifying Strength , Weakness , Opportunities and Threats but it will create a linkages.

Let us say that a student has strength of a good singer and other is a strength of dancer , now a event is coming of singing and dancing so for singer and dancer will have a opportunity . Its not just about mentioning but also the linkage between them .

Let us say that Indigo has weakness because of numbers of aircraft and sectors they have , they are not able to bring its prices down further, now airline comes into picture and purchased lot of aircraft , so they are able to bring down its prices , so for Indigo , the prices not going down will be a threat to them .So then you have to counter the weakness 

Weakness + Threat = Disaster 

Most business in pandemic was very dangerous because of their one to one interaction , so the pandemic was a greater threat in this case.
