NOT NULL CONSTRAINT -    Ensures that a column cannot have a null value. Objectives of Risk

 Risk can be internal or external factor .

We need to understand it is volatile and cannot be or can be controlled.

Objective of risk management -

1. Analyse and control different kind of risk that organisation faces like market risk etc.

2. Achieve better coordination between different terms within the organisation to effectively dilute.

3. Risk based allocation of capital - so that the capital becomes more effective , we need funds to put in various department , so we need to make sure it is effective .

4. Provide a framework - not a constant it can monthly report , weekly updates etc to reduce risk. 

5. Better handling of risk for competitive advantage
