Customer service - It is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction ie the product or service has met customer expectation . It is direct result of superior logistical performances.

Logistic and customer service meeting is reaching the product to customer at right time without any defectiveness , right person, right time and right place then you can supply your customer demand on time.
